Title	Using taxonomies to organize your pages and content

Abstract	The first halfth of this presentation will generally be about using taxonomies and thesauruses to organize your content. This can in turn be used to implement advanced search functions and sophisticated navigation at the benefit of your frontend users. The second halfth of the presentation will be a demonstration of an extension (extension key: categories) that attempts to integrate the concept of taxonomies into the TYPO3 framework.

Authors Description	Mads Brunn has been working with TYPO3 since 2002. He works as lead developer for the danish founded company TypoConsult A/S. Being a very inactive participant on the TYPO3 mailing lists and in the community as a whole he focuses his attention on developing extensions. So far he has published 10 extensions in the TER. He lives in Copenhagen with his girlfriend Krummi.
